Our focus lies in the fields of real estate and renewable energy. EURAMCO was originally founded as a subsidiary of Landesbank Sachsen, under the name KanAm Group. From the outset, the company charted its own course. We have always been rooted in the south of Germany and remain based in the Greater Munich area. Our affiliation with the Landesbank ended in 2007. Since then, we have operated independently as part of the KLABI Group – one of the major bank-independent players in international real estate and asset management.

At present, we manage more than 175,000 investments in 180 closed-end investment funds and real asset-based financial products in accordance with the German Asset Investment Act (Vermögensanlagengesetz).

EURAMCO stands for a European asset management company. We are active worldwide as asset and fund management. Our processes are customer-oriented and designed for the long term. In our daily work, we rely on quality management systems that have proven themselves time and again in practice. A team of highly qualified specialists with many years of expertise ensures the professional handling of all tasks entrusted to us.

Our communication is characterised by transparency and a practical, interface oriented approach. We achieve high service quality through precisely structured workflows, supported by certified IT systems. The highest security standards for the technology we use are a matter of course.

Since 1999, we have been responsible for asset and fund management, as well as investor services, for all of our closed-end investment funds. In 2005, we expanded our asset management activities to include participation programmes for professional investors.

Since then, we have also been managing real asset funds on behalf of third parties. Our work is entirely tailored to the needs of our clients. In the same year, we successfully carried out our first early property sales – with excellent results for investors. In the years that followed, we achieved further profitable exits from various investment funds. Most recently, the sale of a property from our Australia Fund II generated a total return of 225 percent, significantly exceeding the initial forecast.

Our range of services continues to evolve. For over 15 years, BONAVIS Treuhand has been putting its extensive expertise at the service of capital management companies and is now one of the leading providers of investor services for closed-end investment funds.
