Compensation guidelines/compensation report
EURAMCO Invest GmbH has established and implemented a compensation policy in accordance with Section 37 KAGB (German Investment Code) in conjunction with Annex II of the AIFM Directive. This applies to directors, employees whose activities have a material influence on the risk profile of the investment management company or the managed investment funds (risk bearers), employees with control functions and all employees who receive total compensation that puts them in the same income bracket as directors and risk bearers. The compensation policy is compatible with and conducive to a sound and effective risk management system that does not encourage the taking of risks which are incompatible with the risk profile, conditions of investment, company statutes or articles of association pertaining to the managed investment funds.
Conflicts of interest
Trust in the integrity and performance of EURAMCO Invest GmbH (KVG) is at the heart of our business relationships. KVG has therefore implemented a conflict of interest policy on the basis of Section 27 KAGB and Art. 30 to 37 of the Level II Regulation in connection with the provision of collective asset management.
KVG may face actual or potential conflicts of interest. It is therefore a principle of KVG to take all reasonable steps to establish and operate effective organizational and administrative measures to identify and manage the conflicts concerned.
KVG’s management shall ensure that KVG’s systems, controls and procedures are appropriate for the identification and resolution of conflicts of interest. KVG’s Risk Management division shall support the identification and monitoring of actual and potential conflicts of interest.
