Through regular workshops, we raise awareness of the importance of sustainability and encourage our teams to take responsibility and contribute creative ideas, as well as ensuring transparency in our approach to sustainability criteria. As a fund and asset manager specialising in real estate and renewable energies, our focus is on sustainable investment solutions that are both economically attractive and ecologically valuable.

Sustainable investment solutions
As an asset and fund manager for investments and real assets, our focus is on real estate and renewable ener gies. Our wind and solar park funds make a valuable contribution to environmental protection.
The focus of our real estate properties is on efficient use and, if necessary, taking measures to promote this. We also strive to certify the properties with a meaningful label in order to provide certainty about their current status.
Our external commitment
For a sustainable future, we are committed to environmental and climate protection and support projects that help to strengthen the ecosystem. Most recently, we have been involved in the renaturalisation and protection of Bavarian moors, as moors are not only important carbon reservoirs but also extremely effective water reservoirs that help to prevent flooding. They also provide a habitat for specialised animal and plant species.
Our internal commitment
It is important to us to raise awareness of ecologically sound behavior within the company. We therefore support the environmentally conscious behavior of our employees by donating trees for climate protection projects. These projects benefit people who are already suffering from the consequences of the climate crisis, but have hardly contributed to it. We also regularly provide information on environmental issues in our traveling exhibitions.
Saving and Conserving Resources
Compared to the average of the last three years, we have set ourselves the goal of reducing consumption of electricity, water, heating costs, paper, and office supplies by 15% in 2022.
This can only be achieved as a team. Therefore, we raise awareness among our colleagues and provide support with regular, practical environmental and cost-saving tips. For example, we encourage the use of recycled paper, as nearly one in five trees felled is used for paper production. Recycled paper production does not require additional wood, as the fibres can be reused up to six times.
For a greener Footprint
Cycling is healthy and helps to „clear the mind.“ Since the well-being of our team is important to us, we offer our employees a JobRad. The bike of their choice can, of course, be used not only for commuting but also in leisure time, on holiday, or during sports activities. And in case the bike is used more intensively on the way to work, a shower is available for a refreshing break.
Training and Developing Competencies
Job satisfaction largely depends on the appreciation one receives and the opportunity to develop personal skills.
We support and challenge our employees, promoting both their professional and personal growth.
