Real Estate | US

In the land of opportunity, everything is a little bit bigger - the opportunities in commercial real estate, too.

The United States has long since recovered from the housing crisis reason alone to consider re-investing in property. Evenmore so given that the US real estate market is one of the most transparent in the world. The US dollar is not only the most widely used global currency, it is also one of the safest. Investors in the US can rely on the legal system in a real estate market that is both secure and high in liquidity. With the right timing, excellent returns can be achieved. Our chief partner, KanAm, is one of the major providers of real estate investment opportunities in the US. As a result, investors are also able to benefit from our high level of experience and reliability. We are currently watching the market closely to see how things develop.

Our investors have previously experienced very positive returns. USA Fund 1, which invested in a high-end Class A office building and commercial premises with almost 20,000 m2 of floor space in Tampa, Florida, was sold in 2015, having been held for 15 years. Over that period, investors achieved a total pre-tax yield of 187.6%.

Our USA Fund 2 held a Class A office building and auction house boasting one of the world’s most desirable addresses on Manhattan’s Upper East Side. The property houses Sotheby’s global headquarters and offers over 40,000 m2 of floor space. Investors earned a total pre-tax yield of 160.6% when this object was sold in 2005, having been held for less than two years. The asset held by USA Fund 3 is also in Manhattan – a luxury office tower at Battery Park, which was sold in 2007, less than three years after purchase, and provided investors with a pre-tax yield of 131.1%.

"In the past, our investors’ experiences have been consistently.“
